D\u2019autres se disent simplement \u00ab trop stress\u00e9s \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"430\" data-end=\"497\">Mais l\u2019angoisse n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un exc\u00e8s de stress.<br data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"481\" \/>C\u2019est un signal.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"526\">Ce que l\u2019angoisse r\u00e9v\u00e8le<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"727\">Contrairement \u00e0 la peur, qui a un objet pr\u00e9cis, l\u2019angoisse est plus diffuse. Elle ne dit pas clairement \u00ab j\u2019ai peur de \u00e7a \u00bb. Elle exprime une ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus profonde, parfois difficile \u00e0 identifier.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"864\">Elle peut appara\u00eetre dans des p\u00e9riodes de transition :<br data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"786\" \/>changement professionnel, s\u00e9paration, d\u00e9cision importante, remise en question.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"959\">Elle peut aussi surgir lorsque l\u2019on retient trop longtemps une \u00e9motion, un conflit, un doute.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1004\">Le corps, lui, ne retient pas ind\u00e9finiment.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1038\">Pourquoi le corps s\u2019emballe ?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1242\">L\u2019angoisse active le syst\u00e8me d\u2019alerte interne. Le cerveau per\u00e7oit une menace \u2014 r\u00e9elle ou symbolique \u2014 et d\u00e9clenche une r\u00e9ponse physiologique : acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration cardiaque, tension musculaire, hypervigilance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1338\">Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas cette r\u00e9action en soi.<br data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1291\" \/>Le probl\u00e8me est lorsqu\u2019elle devient r\u00e9currente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1463\">\u00c0 force de lutter contre l\u2019angoisse (\u00ab il faut que \u00e7a passe \u00bb, \u00ab je ne devrais pas ressentir \u00e7a \u00bb), on entretient le cycle.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1492\">Ce qui apaise r\u00e9ellement<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1608\">L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de faire taire l\u2019angoisse \u00e0 tout prix.<br data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1556\" \/>Il s\u2019agit de comprendre ce qu\u2019elle tente d\u2019exprimer.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1731\">\n<li data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1648\">\n<p data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1648\">Dans quel contexte appara\u00eet-elle ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1682\">\n<p data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1682\">Quelle d\u00e9cision \u00e9vitez-vous ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1731\">\n<p data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1731\">Quelle \u00e9motion est difficile \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre ?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1796\">L\u2019angoisse est souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 un conflit int\u00e9rieur non formul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1923\">En mettant des mots sur ce qui \u00e9tait confus, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 diminue progressivement.
